Children's Day 2025

This year Children's Day "Wan Dek", in Thailand was on 11 January this year. Children are the future of any country and here in Thailand there are activities around the country celebrating this special day. The Rotary Club of Patong Beach participates yearly in this event organized by the mayor of Patong. Several club members plus family members joined us today to make countless kids happy with free ice-cream and a lucky dip prize table. Thanks to superb organizational skills of our very own Rotarian Uma, plus the lucky dip prize initiative of Rotarian Aon, there were lines of eager participants. Who said 8 am was too early to eat ice-cream? What a fun day to give back to our community!
