Dear Rotarians and Friends of Rotary,

PP David provided some excellent guidance so that all our members are able to help manage   the meetings as SAA's.  Quite simply, the SAA is there to keep the meeting on schedule, help   make it fun, and ensure our guests are well taken care of.

Things all members can participate in at each meeting!  Dr Johan has volunteered to be the first   (or second if you include PP OB SAA'ing at the last meeting.)

Fortunately, with help from other members like PP Walter, David put together a very simple   checklist to help guide those who need a little help.

Mark your calendars for the annual RCoPB fundraiser.

PP OB is organizing an elegant and   exclusive event that will help raise funds for our charity   account and especially for our   Swim Safe programme.
So please make sure you register for this very special event as tickets are limited!

 Have a good week!
 YIR, Karen

P.P. David then got into the details and duties of the S.A.A. with a good formatted   checklist and the participation of the members present.

By the end of the meeting everybody understood that the main purpose of the duties of   the S.A.A. is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to schedule.

P.P. OB was hereby recognized as fully trained and qualified.

A few jokes and the “Happy 100” went around.

 P. Karen closed the meeting.
